Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refund
Clients are eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 14 days of subscribing to our online fitness coaching services. A refund may be declined if the client has extensively used the service within these 14 days, such as attending multiple coaching sessions or extensively accessing online resources.
2. Discovery Call/Consultation Refunds
Discovery calls or initial consultations are not refundable once booked and conducted.
3. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, clients should contact us via email at refund@vamosflex.com. Clients should include their subscription order number and the reason for the refund request in the email.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 working days upon receiving the request. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Clients may cancel their subscription by contacting refund@vamosflex.com. Upon cancellation, there are no cancellation fees, and future billings are immediately stopped.
6. Changes to the Refund Policy
Vamosflex reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
